Odoo That Works The Way You Do.
Standard Odoo is built for everyone, which means it's optimised for no one in particular. We reshape views, workflows, reports, and interfaces to match exactly how your team operates, without writing a single new module if it isn't needed.

Customisation vs Custom Development which do you need?
These two services address different problems. Knowing which one applies to your situation saves time and budget.
What we reshape to fit your business.
Each area below represents a distinct type of customisation work. Most projects touch two or three areas simultaneously.
View & Form Layouts
List Views & Kanban
Reports & PDF Documents
Workflow & Automation Rules
Branding & Interface Theming
Access Rights & User Roles
The same data. A completely different experience.
Customisation doesn't change what Odoo stores. It changes how your team interacts with it. Less friction means faster adoption, fewer errors, and a system people actually want to use.

Things we get asked to fix every week.
If any of these sound like your current Odoo frustration, they're all solvable through customisation, typically within a few days.
Lean, fast, no disruption.
Customisation projects are structured to be low-friction. We work in a staging environment and only deploy to production once you've approved every change.
Requirements Call
We map what’s frustrating your team and agree on the exact changes to make. Typically 30–60 minutes.
Staging Build
Changes are applied in a staging environment, never touching production until you’ve confirmed everything is correct.
Your Review
You test the changes with your team in staging. We adjust anything that doesn’t feel right before deployment.
Production Deploy
Approved changes are deployed to production in a scheduled window. We monitor for 24 hours post-deployment.
Customisation FAQs.
What most clients ask before we start.
Will customisations break when Odoo releases a new version?
View-level customisations (form layouts, list views, report templates) use Odoo’s stable XML inheritance system and are significantly less likely to break on version upgrades than custom Python modules. That said, major version upgrades (e.g. v16 → v17) do require a review and regression test of all customisations. We include this as part of our version upgrade service under the Managed Services retainer.
Can you customise Odoo Community, or only Enterprise?
Both. The customisation techniques (view inheritance, QWeb report templates, automated actions, access rules) work identically in Community and Enterprise. The main difference is that Enterprise has more modules to customise. If you’re on Community and considering a move to Enterprise, a customisation engagement is also a good time to evaluate what that migration would involve.
How long does a typical customisation project take?
Simple customisations (a single form layout change, a report template update, a new automation rule) can be delivered in 1–3 days. A broader customisation scope covering multiple modules, branded reports, and access rights restructuring typically takes 1–2 weeks. We scope each project before starting and give you a timeline estimate you can hold us to.
Can you customise Odoo that was implemented by a different partner?
Yes. We regularly work on Odoo instances implemented by other partners. Before starting, we do a brief configuration review to understand how the system was set up and whether there are any existing customisations that could conflict with our work. This typically takes half a day and is included in the scoping process.
Is there a minimum project size for customisation work?
We have a minimum engagement size for standalone customisation projects. This covers the scoping, staging work, testing, and deployment overhead that applies regardless of the scope. For clients on our Managed Services retainer, individual customisation requests are handled as support tickets with no minimum. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we’ll be transparent about whether it makes sense to proceed.
